Im Gazastreifen ist die Versorgung über den provisorischen Pier vor der Küste unterbrochen. Die schwimmende Plattform musste nach Angaben des US-Militärs wegen des rauen Seewetters aus Sicherheitsgründen vor die israelische Küste geschleppt werden.
